Ecommerce Manager

Essential Functions:
- Drive ecommerce revenue, case sales and weekly performance
- Drive customer adoption of online ordering
- Increase AOV, order frequency, and digital penetration
- Partner with Sales to convert offline customers to ecommerce
- Execute high-ROI growth initiatives
- Optimize product assortment and visibility with specific category leaders
- Prioritize high-margin SKUs
- Manage promotional calendars and execution of e-commerce promotions
- Build cross-sell and upsell strategies for FreshEdge and individual OpCos
- Monitor margin by SKU and promotion effectiveness
- Improve gross profit per order
- Improve buying journey
- Analyze customer behavior trends; provide actionable insights
- Reduce friction in ordering
- Equip sales reps to sell ecommerce
- Develop adoption playbooks
- Support onboarding
- Track revenue, AOV, margin, adoption
- Deliver weekly reporting
- Translate insights into action
- Partner with Sales, Category, Marketing, Operations
- Collaborate with IT and Marketing as stakeholders (not owners)
- Identify areas where e-commerce can create capacity for other motions in the business; work with correlated stakeholders to replace human behaviors with ecommerce

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing
- Experience managing ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and web analytics
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
- Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems
Physical Demands:
- Stand or sit for long periods of time
- Travel as needed
Compensation:
- $100,000/Year +20% Bonus
