Recruiting Coordinator

Essential Functions:

  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available roles, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Collaborates with department leadership to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Post jobs using a variety of recruiting channels.
  • Assist managers in the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Screen qualified candidates and schedule interview.
  • Partner with the Human Resources team to schedule and process pre-employment testing, screening, and onboarding functions.

Competencies, Education, and Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
