KT Produce is hiring Non CDL Local Drivers in Lowell, AR -  Founded in 2005, KT Produce is Arkansas’ premier provider of fresh fruits and vegetables.  KT Produce provides premium-quality fruits and vegetables to a vast assortment of foodservice establishments including restaurants, schools, hotels, military bases, healthcare facilities, and other institutions throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, and southwest Missouri.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay for no experience is $14.50/hour
  • Consistent overtime available
  • First pay increase after training and at job proficiency (usually two weeks)
  • Sign-on Bonus: $500 Cash paid after 90 days
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Schedule & Route:

  • Schedule: Monday - Saturday (5-6 days per week)
    • Work every Saturday and off every Sunday and one other day off during the week
  • Shift: Typically 8-12 hour shifts with start times varying typically between 5am-7am (until work is done)
  • Route: Deliver to cities across NWA or SW Missouri
    • Routes can be 15-25 stops per day
    • Deliver 200 – 300+ cases per day
    • Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs with no assistance

Equipment:

  • Refrigerated box truck (17 – 22 foot box)
  • Automatic transmission

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 1 year of commercial driving experience is preferred but not required
  • 0 DUI/DWI are allowed
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements
  • Clean driving record
