Our in house produce processing facility, Christine’s Cuts, we got you covered.  We distribute our fresh arrivals 6 days a week to restaurants, hotels, country clubs, schools and institutions throughout Ohio, Central Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia. Essential Functions:

  • Ensure delivery trucks are loaded timely with loading capacity on trucks and communicate discrepancies
  • Build proper pallet loads using USDA stacking regulations (i.e. conventional vs. organic)
  • Reconcile all product orders prior to shipment and collect all short ship products upon arrival
  • Oversee the hiring, developing and managing the performance of the shipping supervisors, order pickers, and general labor
  • Collaborate and excel in working with other functional areas to create efficient and effective processes for servicing customer.
  • Maintain organized, written employee training, coaching, discipline, and safety investigation records in coordination with the Vice President of Operations, Director of Human Resources, and General Counsel
  • Ensure and foster an environment of food safety, warehouse safety, and OSHA compliance

Competencies, Education, and Skills:

  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent) and recent, successful experience in a management role in a manufacturing or distribution operation
  • Experience with a fast-paced distribution environment

  • Efficient skills with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems

Physical Demands:

  • Work in cold and wet cooler conditions for short periods of time
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stand or sit for long periods of time

Schedule:

  • Start Time: 5:00 pm Sunday thru Friday off Monday and Saturday 
  • 50-55 hours per week

Compensation:

  • $19.00/hour
