Last minute catering, no problem. Our in house produce processing facility, Christine’s Cuts, we got you covered. We distribute our fresh arrivals 6 days a week to restaurants, hotels, country clubs, schools and institutions throughout Ohio, Central Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia. Essential Functions:
- Achieve goals in sales and growth that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Develop and execute marketing, sales, and merchandising strategies to generate growing and profitable foodservice or retail sales in assigned area.
- Develop strategies that are effective in bringing on new customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with existing business.
- Provide real time data back to sales office, procurement team, operations to quickly resolve customer concerns.
- Make sales calls to current and prospective customers.
- Collaborate with entire McCartney Sales team and management to develop effective growth strategies.
- Complete all administrative work and sales contact reporting in a timely manner.
- Acquire new customers in accordance with objectives

- High school diploma or GED equivalent plus related specialized coursework and at least 1-year successful fresh produce wholesale or retail sales or related management experience.
- Proficient skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems
Physical Demands:
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Stand or sit for long periods of time
- Travel as required
